UNILATERAL POWER TO TERMINATE RESTRICTED
Except in case of an actual breach of obligation or duty under this agreement, neither party shall have the power to terminate this agreement unilaterally; both parties must act together to terminate this agreement, and a termination may be accomplished only by a writing signed by both parties.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
